Be loud and be proud in Pride Month 2022 with #PomeloPride !

Let’s kick off the month by hearing from Piyanuch Limapornvanitch, our Chief People Officer, and her passionate goals to build an organization that empowers diversity, equity, and inclusion as a foundation.

At Pomelo,  we have created a culture that embraces unique ideas, perspectives, experiences and people. Throughout this month, we’ll celebrate Pride Month by featuring 3 of our LGBTQ+ people to share how Pomelo encourages and empowers them to be the best versions of themselves.

And to the next step of understanding gender diversity, we encourage our employees to take courses related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in Udemy platform on our Pomelo’s Focus Days. We believe that this better understanding will shape the inclusive workplace and community. On our Ideation Days this month, we will have our internal and external speakers to share insights and food for thoughts on various topics from Fashion has no Gender to Psychological Safety in Workplace. 

To all the LGBTQ+ out there – remember who you are and what you are capable of doing.  Believe in yourself and don’t let anyone tell you differently. Be you, be loud and be proud!
